Sunrise Love Story in Chania, Crete

Some love stories don't need grand gestures to feel unforgettable. Sometimes, all it takes is two people deeply in love, the first rays of the sun, and the peaceful beauty of Crete.

Roxana and Mihai, a young couple from Romania, came to Crete for their holiday after Mihai had proposed. To celebrate this exciting new chapter in their lives, we met before sunrise for a romantic couples' photoshoot on a quiet beach near Chania.

The beach was completely empty, the sea was calm, and the soft golden light created the perfect atmosphere for natural, emotional photographs. They laughed, walked hand in hand along the shoreline, embraced, and simply enjoyed the moment together. Every image reflects their genuine connection and the happiness of being newly engaged.

Sunrise sessions are one of my favorite ways to photograph couples in Crete. The light is incredibly soft, the beaches are peaceful, and the calm surroundings allow every emotion to shine through naturally.
